We know the feeling of wanting… needing to have the superpower of being able to be in two places at the same time, getting twice as much done in half the time.  Therefore, every service we offer, from errand running & personal shopping to house management, auto delivery for service & maintenance to mobile notary & administrative help, was strategically designed with those desires in mind.

Family Concierge

What family doesn’t need time to be together?  Being business oriented and part of a loving family takes nurturing, commitment, and intentional devotion for both.  When it comes to making sure they both run smoothly requires a superior level of time management and we have you covered.

Managing your household has never been easier.  We gladly, efficiently and automatically replenish your staple items (food, cleaning supplies, shampoos, conditioners, paper products, etc.), help you find the best contractors for your special projects (power washers, plumbers, electricians…) and make sure your pets and plants are loved.  That is just a few of the services we offer

With our Family Concierge, every member of your household is able to ask us to keep their spaces organized, remind them of special dates around the year with great gift ideas (including purchasing, wrapping and delivery within your specified budget of course), help plan excursions, events, accommodations and reservations, and even have us wait for important packages or delivery anything they may need.

Our Process

01.

Let’s start with a simple questionnaire to find out a few specifics about what you are needing.  At the end of the questionnaire you will be guided to schedule a Discovery Call.

02.

We meet in person or virtually to discuss your time goals and to get a complete understanding of your values, goals and expectations.  We take a look at your schedule to see exactly how you are spending your time and give you the opportunity to ask us any questions you might have.  In other words, we get to know each other.

03.

We take  the information of our meeting and create a customized proposal with a few options to simplify your life.  This usually takes us a few day to a week to prepare.  Feel free to call us during this time with additional questions and feedback.  

04.

We Agree

We’ll meet again to deliver and go over our proposal with you and any other decision makers.  Then we iron out the details of our retainer and come to an agreement that works for everyone.

05.

Your assigned Lifestyle Concierge will begin scheduling with you immediately and you can sit back, relax and know that you have just made one of the best decisions of your life!  We are excited to help you succeed and prosper.

Our Services

Running around all day shopping & picking things up, trying to find the best contractors, restaurants & events, as well as taking care of our pets can take several hours a week.  We provide all the time needed to get it all done.
